But where? I read about that in an issue of INSIGHTS. But in which INSIGHTS issue was it?
SSI needs BLOG search engine tool!!
On April 21, 2021, SSI presented its inaugural issue of SSI INSIGHTS, a Blog to help us help you. Since that first issue, we have published an INSIGHTS issue twice monthly, around the 15th and then again at the end of the month. By now there are quite a few issues, cataloged on the Blog page by date published.
So! With all those INSIGHTS issues just chock full of valuable information, what’s the best way to read or re‐read those useful tidbits?
EZ answer. How about an INSIGHTS search engine tool!
From our main SSI dialog screen, right in the middle of the screen. See SSI INSIGHTS – BLOG. That’s a short‐cut to our Blog page. You can also get to the Blog page from our main website page, upper right – Blog tab. Take a look. We’ve added a little free‐form box in the upper right corner of the Blog screen that says “Type to search posts”. Type in a key word or phrase in the box and see all occurrences of INSIGHTS BLOG topics. Wanna see what topics we’ve discussed about JIB? Enter JIB and see what topics pop up. The topics will appear right under the search engine box. You can click on the topic and go right to that INSIGHTS issue. Isn’t that neat?
What’s so great about the INSIGHTS Blogs? Each INSIGHTS issue tries to showcase what we feel is an especially helpful enhancement, a tip or trick, answers to recurring HelpDesk requests, or time‐savers the vast majority of our users can embrace and implement.
While enjoy might be stretching it a bit, we hope you can appreciate the information shared in each INSIGHTS topic. We really do love sharing our product with users!
